Help of Cosmic origin

“Derived from the Sanskrit avatra, meaning ‘descent,’ avatar first appeared in English in 1784 to mean an incarnation or human appearance of a deity, particularly Vishnu. Hindu mythology avers that 10 incarnations of the peace-loving divinity will appear on Earth, each an avatar, or ‘descent,’ of the god himself.” (A. While Maitreya, Who embodies the Christ Principle on this planet, is a Planetary Avatar and considered the 10th incarnation of Vishnu, the Avatars described in this section are extraterrestrial or Cosmic Avatars Who “bring in cosmic energy. They ‘come from above’ down into this world in response to human need.” As Spiritual Regents they “stand in for God or the Logos of this planet.” (Benjamin Creme (1993), Maitreya’s Mission, Vol.II, p.73)
